Invalid / Failed Payments

Symptom: You receive a notice that your chosen merchant gateway has reported an invalid, or failed, payment.

Cause: Your merchant gateway cannot contact eShop due to a misconfiguration in your settings — either within your gateway account or within eShop. Re-check all of your gateway settings — both in eShop and within your merchant gateway account.
