ePN: Orders Marked as Pending
Symptoms: Customer and admin are not receiving eShop order emails when using eProcessingNetwork as payment. Transaction Approved emails from ePN to customer and admin are received okay but the order shows as pending within in eShop.
Due to the way in which ePN works, the customer MUST return to your site to effectively complete the transaction AFTER they have paid.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do within eShop to get around this. Check the settings in your eProcessingNetwork account.
