Going Live
We recommend following the process detailed below to switch your eShop from Test mode to Live.
Merchant Gateways
Location: Settings → eShop → Merchant Gateways
Check the following settings:
- Business Location: Your 2 letter country code.
- Currency Code: Your 3 letter currency code.
These settings must match those int your merchant gateway account(s).
Shipping Rates
Location: eShop → Shipping
Check all of your shipping rates & zones are correctly configured.
Sales Tax
Location: Settings → eShop → Sales Tax
If appropriate, ensure that Tax is enabled and that all of your tax settings & rates are correctly configured.
Currency
Location: Settings → eShop
Check that your Currency Symbol is correct.
Change the eShop Status to Live.
